Solution not working fully on CRM 2011 rollup 12

We are using this solution within our CRM 2011 environment and just upgraded to Rollup 12. Solution still works to a certain extent but the advanced find ribbon itself is greyed out and certain buttons in the ribbon do not work.

Solution has been uninstalled and reinstalled but no change of issue.
