CRMMapping solution

How does one use this solution after they download it?  Does it matter which entities are used in the advanced find?

Hi Mike, the solution is a managed solution that can just be imported.

Once imported it will be possible to see a button for the map on the advanced find window, this will be either enabled or disabled depending on whether there is an entity configured for mapping.

All of the base entities with addresses have been configured, however if you want to configure some custom entities you will need to edit the configuration xml file, instructions on how to edit this can be found in the configuration page for the solution.

Hadley, thanks for responding.  I downloaded and imported this solution but it did not work.  When the map displayed it said address not found.  I got a jscript error regarding a function not found.  This functionality is VERY important to our businesss.  Do you have a suggestion on what to do next?  The version was 1.2.0.0 downloaded from the same place as this discussion thread.

Hadley, One further clarification.  The solution works great if using the online CRM 2011 but does not work when using the Outlook version of the application.  We are using Outlook 2007 with CRM 2011 and the solution fails with outlook not with the online version.  It appears as though the parameters are not passing through outlook to the map.  Any suggestions?
